Good afternoon,

I am contacting you to arrange the annual maintenance on your voting equipment. This years maintenance will also include the backup battery changeout. As in years past, it will be held at the Village of Sturtevant.  The maintenance will take place on Friday May 10th, and should be finished by noon.

We will need the ICE tabulator itself, the Audio unit with all cords and headphones, and the aux power supply, all within the black travel bag prior to 5/10/24. Drop off that week of maintenance. The hours at the Village are 8:00 – 5:00p. Cheryl is CC’d in this message if you have any questions on drop off of your equipment, or you can reply to this message.
